vMACo’s Summer Conference brings together approximately 3,000 leaders from all levels of government and the private sector. With four days of educational sessions, along with 2 exhibit shows, 350+ vendors in attendance, and numerous briefings, meetings, and opportunities to connect with counties, this conference is a can’t-miss event for anyone involved in Maryland’s local government interests.

Featured Events at the 2024 MACo Conference:
- Tech Expo: Wednesday offering showcasing deep-dive technology-focused sessions and a special one-day-only trade show of technology vendors.
- Taste of Maryland Reception: Thursday afternoon reception highlighting Maryland’s tourism industry and economic development efforts. Guests enjoy tasting samples of food and beverage produced in Maryland’s counties.
- Crab Feast: THE place to see and be seen at MACo’s Summer Conference – all-you-can-eat Crab Feast with a band, clown, and all the right people all in one place (about 1,300 individuals attend this event!).
- Governor’s Closing Address: MACo’s Summer Conference traditionally ends on Saturday with an address from the Governor about his plans and perspective for the upcoming General Assembly Session.
