City of Lebanon, New Hampshire, OpenGov Partner To Achieve Automation Goal

To achieve a 95% paperless initiative, the City of Lebanon, NH, had one last workflow to automate: its Procurement process. A partnership with OpenGov, the leader in modern cloud ERP software for our nation’s cities, will help City leaders reach their goal.

The City, located along the Interstate 91 corridor northwest of Concord, is a growing business hub that has experienced corresponding growth in its number of procurement projects. Leaders saw a noticeable gap in staff response to vendors, how they received vendor responses, and internal document tracking. To close these gaps and achieve its automation goal, the City turned to OpenGov Procurement.

OpenGov Procurement will allow the City to go completely paperless in its processes. The bid solicitation process becomes an intuitive online workflow where project managers, reviewers, and buyers can collaborate on key documents, track project status, and get insights into timelines, stakeholders, and project pipelines. Suppliers are guided through the digital procurement software’s online portal that features a one-click submission. With OpenGov Procurement, City staff will spend less time writing and tracking RFPs and bids and more time on larger initiatives.

The City of Lebanon joins more than 1,000 public sector organizations leveraging OpenGov to revolutionize work processes with cloud-based software designed specifically for the needs of government.
