The Town of Pepperell, MA Selects OpenGov to Modernize and Streamline Permitting, Licensing and Code Enforcement
09-03-2020 The Town of Pepperell, MA has partnered with OpenGov – the leader in cloud software for government budgeting, community development and financial management – to improve productivity and to create customer-centric, digital application processes.
“I believe the biggest factor for choosing OpenGov was your interface, it seemed cleaner than what other vendors provided, information flowed easier from screen to screen. I personally like the idea of OpenGov being more than just an ePermitting vendor as we may look into moving some of our other internal processes to the cloud down the road”, said Town of Pepperell IT Director, Martin Cadek.
OpenGov Vice President Claudia Arriaga shared, “We are thrilled to add the Town of Pepperell to our growing list of government partners, and look forward to helping them usher in a new era of technology and innovation to address their challenges. Pepperell’s commitment to modernizing services and improving efficiency is apparent, and we are excited to help them deliver for both residents and employees.”
