TDIR Cooperative Purchasing: State/Local/Education
Cartegraph’s TDIR contract benefits more than just Texas customers. The TDIR Interstate Cooperation Agreement program allows state, local, and tribal governments as well as public and nonprofit educational institutions, outside the state of Texas, to benefit from pre-vetted vendors on a variety of Information Technology products and services.
Who Can Order?
Eligible customers who can purchase information technology commodities through DIR Contracts & Services is defined by the Texas Government Code. As identified on the DIR website, they include:
- Texas State Agencies
- Units of Local Government
- Cities
- Counties
- Public School Districts
- Municipalities
- Special Purpose Districts
- Institutions of Higher Education
- Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT)*
- Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA)*
- Private Schools*
- Private or Independent Institutions of Higher Education*
- Volunteer Fire Department*
- Public Safety Entities*
- County Hospital, Public Hospital or Hospital District*
* DIR utilizes the eligibility for Assistance Organizations as determined by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts or the Texas Facility Commission (TFC). For information on establishing eligibility, please refer to the Comptroller’s CO-OP purchasing program guidelines or to the TFC program eligibility page.
HOW TO ORDER:
For Eligible In-State Customers
For all procurements made through this contract by customers within the State of Texas:
- Generate a purchase order made payable to Cartegraph Systems, LLC. and reference Contract Number DIR-CPO-4691 on your purchase order.
- E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your Cartegraph sales representative.
For Eligible Out-of-State Customers
For all procurements made through this contract by customers outside the State of Texas:
- Go to the DIR website and follow the steps to execute the Interstate Cooperation Agreement with DIR.
- Generate a purchase order made payable to Cartegraph Systems, LLC. and reference Contract Number DIR-CPO-4691 on your purchase order.
- E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your Cartegraph sales representative.
